Uni 31-07-2015 - Preventing fraud from maternity

According to official letter 2578/BHXH-CSXH, fraud from maternity with a sophisticated action. To prevent fraud from maternity, Vietnam social insurance requires provincial social insurance to conduct inspection, examination, inter-examination. Noted as follows:

• Whether enterprises register to pay social insurance or not
• Enterprises register extraordinarily such as increase in female employees (including registration of reasonable amounts); report to reduce employees when paying compulsory social insurance from more 6 months to show closing balance
• Examine the authorization cases to submit files, receive maternity benefits
• If detecting to register to pay compulsory social insurance but actually do not work, not pay salary, wage at the enterprises, they will not be settled maternity benefits.
